The Pill Factory is usually booked as a whole to host loved ones, team getaways or workshops.
For small groups we offer selected areas within the property for weekday stays and last minute weekend deals.
We can accommodate 4, 6, or up to 36 people. Swingers night or family get away – Choose your own adventure!
Book the entire property for an Encyclopaedia sales convention, hit the bar to hangout with your Poker buddies or get cosy in front of the fire with your 'family'.
Whichever portion you book, you will always have the place to yourselves (no sharing with randos).

Great for Weddings, Birthdays, Yoga retreats… Occassions when you want to include everyone.
Weekends
Friday to Sunday – $3,000/night
Two night minimum – $6k
Three night deal – $7,500
Weekdays
Monday to Thursday – $3,200/night
Two night deal – $5,200
$1k for third and/or fourth night (midweek)
Accommodates up to 36 people in 14 bedrooms with 23 beds (13 queen and 10 singles).
Five bathrooms.
Includes EVERYWHERE – All three floors, external entertaining areas and gardens. Inside there’s the grand dining room, full kitchen, two family rooms with fireplaces, full bar with pool table and lounge area as well as the attic space with couches, projector screen, balconies AND Foosball table! Outside there’s the firepit, BBQ, separate dining room and gardens.
Two night minimum stay on weekends except for New Years, Easter, Queens Birthday, Labour Day and Christmas when there’s a three night minimum stay.
Can be booked through the website up to a year in advance (subject to availability), or by contacting us directly to request an invoice.
Linen can be supplied at an additional charge of $50 per double bed, $40 per single with bath towels. We offer a discounted rate of $600 for the entire house (all 23 beds with bath towels). Further info on our ‘Details’ page.
Small group of six
Book the best hangout areas in the factory and grounds.
Perfect for a highland fling with mates, Girls weekend, Swingers party or Dungeons and Dragons meet up… See you in the bar for a (slightly competitive) game of pool!

Accommodates up to six adults in three double rooms (Queen sized bed in each).
Three bathrooms.
You get the whole ground floor including the grand dining room, full kitchen, family room with fireplace, outdoor firepit, BBQ, separate dining room and gardens. Plus the full bar with pool table and lounge area.
Available Monday to Thursday.

Spontaneous Small Group Weekend Special
This area can be booked for Friday to Sunday, up to four weeks before your stay.
